<Our Design Process />

We have developed a system to design and implement your new site which allows you to give us constant feedback as we work. We have found this works very well for both our design team and our clients.

Initial Consultation

Initially, we will set up a meeting with you where we can meet each other in person. During our meeting we will go over your answers to our questionaire, and give our expertise in how to accomplish those goals. When we reach an agreement on how to proceed, and we are confident we have heard all your ideas, we will establish a cost and the design agreement is signed.

Concept Development

At this stage, we will begin to develop concepts for your website. Think of these as rough drafts of what your site will look like in its final stages. We set up a special place on our website for you to look at our progress. At the end of each day, or when we've got a substantial amount of work completed, we will contact you for your thoughts. We have found this way works best as you will have the opportunity to give us constant feedback on our progress.

Content Assembly

While we are developing your new site, you will provide us with "copy" (the non-technical term is text) and any other media you would like included in your website. This can include images, audio, video, graphics, etc.

Site Development

After receiving final approval on the site design, we will then begin building the website, incorporating the content you provided. During site development, we will continue to use the location provided during the concept development phase, where you will have the opportunity to review and approve the work in progress.

Pre-launch Evaluation

After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. This is the time to submit any desired changes and give final approval before the site goes live.

Launch website

After final approval, your website will be published on your domain, and it will be live and available for all visitors to see.
